About myself

Hello! I’m Kevin Rio, a passionate Videomaker/Photographer with a love for Sailing and Extreme Sports. With 5 years of experience in Sailing Photography, I have developed skills in flying with the drone, making video and taking pictures in a hostile environment such the open sea.

My journey started when I was 6 years old on an optimist at Lake Garda. Since then I spend almost the rest of my life as a professional athlete . With this sport I got the opportunity to travel around the world giving me a global perspective, and this has allowed me to be more adaptable, I have learned better communication skills, and most important, I've had some of the moat fantastic adventures.

I started filming by trying to film myself while practicing my sporting passions and when I became really good with the drone I decided to try to build a career out of it, and five years ago I got the opportunity to start filming with my drone the 69F class and from there, I never stop learning and getting better in what I do. Now I'm traveling all around the world following some of the most important regattas.

In my spare time, you can find me Freeride Skiing, Windsurfing, Cycling and Cliff Jumping.
